This home extension project involved creating a modern, functional, and stylish living space, including a brand-new kitchen, utility room, pantry, and updated living areas. The work focused on optimizing both aesthetics and practicality, with bespoke features, smart home upgrades, and high-end finishes throughout.

This project was carried out in three main phases, each focusing on different aspects of the property. Our work included bathroom renovations, the creation of a garden office, landscaping, a small extension, and the complete renovation of the ground floor.

This project involved the complete renovation of an existing building, with future plans to add an extension. The first phase focused on reconfiguring the ground floor to create an open-plan layout while updating several features throughout the property.

This garden office conversion was a fascinating project from start to finish. The original plan was to simply repaint an old, oak-framed, oak-clad small barn. However, during the preparation process, we discovered that the entire timber frame had rotted, along with the wooden cladding.

In this project, we transformed a garage and a rear storage area into a separate living unit. The new space includes: a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with built-in furniture. We insulated the floors, ceiling, and part of the walls. New plumbing was installed for both the kitchen and bathroom, and we created a new heating and lighting system. The kitchen appliances were wired, and a TV was installed. Additionally, we handled the lighting and provided power sockets in all rooms.

In this project, we carried out a ground floor conversion, transforming the entire space with structural changes, new flooring, underfloor heating, and a complete kitchen and living area redesign.
